FAQS
Frequently asked questions
What topics do you speak on?
My core topics focus on leadership, organisational change, culture, and the redesign of work - including productivity, alignment, and wellbeing. I also draw on global insights from the four-day week movement and my own executive experience to help audiences rethink how we work. Every session is tailored to the event’s theme, audience, and desired outcomes.
How long are your sessions?
Most engagements run for 30–60 minutes, depending on your event schedule. I can also deliver shorter TED-style talks (15–20 minutes) or 45-minute breakout sessions designed to fit within conference programs. Longer sessions can include Q&A or interactive components if you’d like deeper engagement.
Do you offer virtual presentations or workshops?
Yes - I regularly deliver engaging virtual keynotes and interactive online workshops for audiences across Australia and internationally. I also offer hybrid formats, combining in-person and remote participation so that everyone feels included and connected, no matter where they are.
What’s included in a workshop?
Workshops are fully customised to your organisation’s goals and context. They typically run for 90 minutes to 4 hours and include interactive exercises, practical tools, and real-world application activities. I work with you beforehand to clarify success measures and learning outcomes, and I provide takeaway materials to help teams apply what they’ve learned.
How far in advance should we book?
Ideally, bookings are made 2–3 months in advance to secure preferred dates - especially for conferences or multi-session programs. That said, I know opportunities sometimes arise quickly; if you have a shorter timeframe, let’s discuss what’s possible.
