Organisational Clarity Diagnostic
Before we jump into fixing anything, I usually recommend a structured diagnostic. It’s very conversation-led - interviews, facilitated discussions, careful listening - not a survey.
The goal is sense-making. I help leaders understand what’s really driving the issues they’re seeing and where it actually makes sense to focus.
From there, some organisations take the priorities and run with them, while others ask me to stay involved and help turn that clarity into action. We decide that together once the picture is clear.

If you're addressing a specific challenge or want to improve one area quickly, a Targeted Fix is ideal. If you're facing multiple challenges, preparing for growth, or want organisation-wide transformation, an Organisational Clarity Diagnostic or Full Change Program is the better fit. Still not sure? Where are you based and do you work with clients outside Queensland and NSW?
I'm based in Toowoomba and primarily work with organisations across Queensland and New South Wales. I also support clients nationally and internationally through a mix of in-person and virtual delivery, depending on your needs.
What size organisations do you work with?
I specialise in small to medium enterprises and not-for-profit organisations. My approach is designed for teams who need practical, hands-on support without the corporate consulting overhead.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Organisational Clarity Diagnostic can usually be delivered in 2 weeks. Targeted Fixes typically run 4-8 weeks. Full Change Programs vary from 3-12 months depending on scope and complexity. We'll always agree on timelines and deliverables upfront.
