Organisational Clarity Diagnostic
This structured, conversation-led diagnostic is designed to help leaders understand what’s really happening beneath the surface - and where to focus for the biggest impact.
The diagnostic is carefully scoped and deliberately bounded, combining a small number of focused interviews, facilitated leadership conversations, and a system-level lens to surface patterns across clarity, workload, decision-making and alignment.
Rather than relying on surveys or assumptions, the process supports thoughtful
sense-making - turning lived experience into shared understanding, clear priorities, and practical next steps, without unnecessary disruption to day-to-day work.

How long does each engagement take?
An Organisational Clarity Diagnostic can be done in 2 weeks. Targeted Fixes typically run 4-8 weeks, depending on the focus area and complexity. Full Change Programs vary from 3-12 months based on your organisation's scope and goals. We'll always agree on clear timelines and deliverables upfront.
What does a discovery call involve?
A discovery call is a no-obligation conversation where we discuss your challenges, context and goals. I'll help you understand what's possible and whether we're a good fit to work together. It's about 30-45 minutes and gives us both clarity on next steps.
Do you work on-site or remotely?
I work flexibly to suit your needs. Many engagements involve a mix of on-site and virtual delivery. For organisations in Queensland and New South Wales, I'm often on-site for key workshops and check-ins. For regional or interstate and international clients, we can design a program that works around your location.
What happens after a Targeted Fix or Full Change Program finishes?
Many clients continue with ongoing coaching, periodic check-ins, or additional workshops to sustain momentum. We can discuss what ongoing support looks like for your organisation - or we can design a complete handover so your team is fully equipped to continue independently.
What size organisation do you typically work with?
I specialise in small to medium enterprises and not-for-profit organisations - typically teams of 10-150 people. My approach is hands-on and tailored, designed for organisations who need practical support without the corporate consulting overhead.
Can we start with a Diagnostic or Targeted Fix and expand to a Full Change Program later?
Absolutely. Some clients begin with building clarity through the diagnostic and then do a focused intervention to address an immediate need. They will then move into a broader program once they see the value. The approach is always flexible and responsive to where your organisation is at.
Why does every engagement include a diagnostic?
Because change only works when it’s grounded in reality. The diagnostic ensures we’re focusing on the right issues and not relying on assumptions - even in short, targeted engagements.
Why is pricing shown as a starting price rather than a fixed fee?
Because the work is tailored. Investment varies based on organisation size, complexity, focus areas and delivery mix. We always agree on scope, timelines and fees upfront.

Because this is implementation-focused change, not just recommendations. You’re investing in diagnosis, co-design, practical tools, leadership support and follow-through - so improvements actually stick.
